Our Girls Rep League Sessions are very popular and fill up fast.  LetzGo's veteran rep coaches take the girls through an intense 60-minute workout focusing on:
 
ball handling
shooting
Man-to-man defense
pick and roll
post moves
 
The last 30 minutes are focused on controlled 4 on 4 scrimmages supervised by veteran rep coaches.  The girls thrive in pressure-free fast-paced games.  Teams are switched frequently and no scores are kept.  The 4 on 4 ensures the girls will touch the ball more often.
